  • What is the rental fee and what are the payment due dates?
  • Our package rates range from $2800-$6400. Payments for the rental are divided into 2 separate installments. The 1st installment is due 9 months prior to the event. The 2nd installment is due 6 months prior to the event. If your date is already closer than 9 or 6 months prior to the event we can be flexible with the payment schedule.

  • Do you require event liability insurance?
  • Yes. All events are required to provide proof of liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000.00 no later than 60 days prior to the event. We recommend on-line companies such as Wed-Safe or Wed-Sure for your convenience. Average cost runs between $100-$200, depending on how many guests are expected and whether or not there will be alcohol at the event.

  • Is alcohol allowed?
  • We allow alcohol when served by an ABC licensed TN bartender. This licensure is required to serve any type of alcohol including beer, wine, and champagne. Liquor liability insurance is also required, which is easily added to your event insurance policy.

  • What about chilly weather?
  • For those chilly Spring or Fall evenings, you may wish to rent our portable propane heaters for the barn, patio or any outdoor spaces for extra warmth. Due to the chance of cold weather during the winter months, we are closed mid December through February.
