Options & Amenities
Cactus Creek Barn is a versatile wedding + events venue focused on serving you. We are constantly thinking of ways to improve your stellar experience. When couples come to tour our venue, they often ask how wedding ceremonies are normally arranged. Truly, there is no normal. While we are pleased to offer suggestions, your ceremony can be held anywhere on the property with great success.
With four different packages, there is an affordable option for every budget. You can choose a full-day experience, a two-day experience, or a two-day experience with an overnight option (either Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday). Our prices range from $3000-$7600. All packages include the below amenities (except for use of our honeymoon suite, which is only included in our overnight packages.)

Feel the unmistakeable peace of flowing water fall over you as you say your vows. At our creekside ceremony site, trees provide cool shade for your guests during the ceremony and the creek will - sing nature’s perfect peaceful melody.

- Main Barn
The barn’s ceremony/reception room is awe-inspiring. 8″ x 8″ timbers support the barn while sunlight dances through the open slats. It is 60′ x 36′ and will comfortably seat 180+ guests.

- Covered Reception Patios
In addition to the main barn, we also have two covered patios. One is 60’ x 24′ and is attached to the back of the main barn. The other is 50′ x 24′ and sits diagonally to the first patio behind the prayer garden. These areas are beyond flexible! They have been used as overflow for additional reception seating, cocktail hour space, buffet set-up, games, shade for guests, and as an option for the ceremony in case of inclement weather.

- Bride & Bridesmaids Quarters ~ the Lenore Room
Lenore’s room is fit for a rodeo queen. It comes fully equipped with a barn wood queen sized bed, vanity, tri-view mirror, private bath with a rustic galvanized sink and a water trough bathtub/shower. The bridal suite also features a special surprise for any of our brides-to-be who haven’t quite gotten over their girlhood love of horses.

- Groom & Groomsmen Quarters ~ the Cactus Room
The Cactus room is ready for relaxation with two barnwood twin beds that can be converted into a king sized bed, a dressing mirror, a rustic private bath with a galvanized bucket sink and a large shower.

- Honeymoon Suite ~ the Tumbleweed Room
This is a romantic and memorable space to spend time with your new (or old) spouse. With a feeling of warmth and security, you’ll feel at peace in this room. It has a king sized barnwood poster bed wrapped in twinkle lights and elegant draping, gas fireplace, and a large master bath with a double rain shower.

- Kitchen
Our catering kitchen is equipped with a gas range, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, box freezer and plenty of counter space. While we invite you to cook in this space, it may be better used as a heating/prep area. Guidelines and restrictions may apply. While we welcome vendors of your choice, please consider one of our preferred caterers for the most professional and delicious experience possible.

For those unexpected wedding day needs we also have laundry facilities available to use upon request.

- Guest Restrooms
There’s rarely a line to use our facilities; we have well-equipped men and women’s restrooms. Both feature rustic galvanized sinks and faucets.
- Fire Pit
Our custom fire pit was built with creek stone by a skilled craftsman and artist, Bill Littleton, with cozy seats to the side. At your request, we include all firewood and will build and monitor the fire throughout the evening of your event.

- Sound Set-up
All of our packages include up to two mic’s and auxiliary jacks for mp3 players, iPod’s, iPhone’s, or laptops with a playlist. Cell service is limited so we recommend having your playlist downloaded ahead of time. Additional sound set-up is available for an extra fee.

- Rentals
All events are invited to use our (10) eight foot tables and (100) natural wood folding chairs with cushioned seats. We also have unique accent tables as well as a growing collection of props. We have made it easy to view our most current list of tables, chairs, and props in an album on Facebook titled,“Tables, Chairs, and Props.” And, if you are interested in different decorating ideas on how to use our props you can view the Facebook album titled, “Let’s Get Creative.”

- Horses
Horses are an integral part of Cactus Creek’s legacy and we are so proud to share our horse obsession with all our couples! To start, you are welcome to be photographed with our horses. We also offer the option to be lead to the creekside ceremony site riding sidesaddle on the back of one of our horses or even your own horse. Use of our horses is not guaranteed, of course; it depends on the weather, the health of the horses and other availability.

- Engagement Shoots
We encourage couples to take advantage of our picturesque property. We include engagement session slots with your photographer in all of our packages. Please make your appointment ahead of time.

- Rehearsal Space
We are so thrilled to give you the opportunity to get your ceremony practice-perfect. You may schedule an hour any time Monday-Thursday (as long as there are no events scheduled) to do a wedding rehearsal on the property at no additional cost.
