Amenities

Cactus Creek Barn is a versatile wedding and event venue focused on serving you. When couples come to tour our venue, they often ask how wedding ceremonies are normally arranged. Truly, there is no normal. While we are pleased to offer suggestions, your ceremony can be held anywhere on the property with great success.

All of the amenities listed below (except the overnight options) are included in the Full Day and Two-Day Options.

  • Private use of the rustic elegant barn, covered patios, gazebo, grassy areas, and crystal-clear creek

  • Open Flow - barn to patio and patio to custom stone firepit and to prayer garden with waterfall

  • Climate Controlled Areas - kitchen, dining room, guest bathrooms, and getting ready suites

  • Three Outdoor Ceremony Sites - Front of Barn, Heart Tree, & Creekside

  • Two Covered Patio’s - rain plans A, B, C, and D!

  • Seating (tables & chairs) for up to 120 guests.

  • Rustic Wooden Arbor or Cross

  • Pets Welcome - dogs, horses

  • Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite for getting ready each with a full bath

  • Overnight Option (sleeps 6)

  • Gourmet Breakfast for overnight guests

  • Kitchen - refrigerator, rolling prep island, stove for light duty, warming cabinet, chest freezer, triple sink

  • Buffet Area w/large farm table

  • Guests Restrooms - with handicap accessibility

  • Gravel Parking Area

  • Cactus Creek Barn Staff - to assist with set up. Caterer and bartender responsible for clean-up of kitchen, buffet, and bar areas. CCB Staff to clean up remaining areas

  • Games - cornhole, giant jenga, yardzee

  • Horses - Ride to ceremony, photos on or with the horse(s)

  • Custom Stone Fire Pit - wood provided (bring your own marshmallows)!
